Reelbook
Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
Reelbook is a demo project. It’s free, it may change or be taken offline, and it isn’t intended for sensitive or commercial content.
These terms cover your use of Reelbook. By signing in or using Reelbook, you agree to them. They’re written to be readable; please read them.
The service
Reelbook lets you create gallery pages of YouTube and Vimeo videos and share them with a private link. Viewers don’t need an account. Reelbook is currently a free demo project, so features may change and there is no support service.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your Google account secure. If you think someone else has accessed your pages, regenerate their share links and remove Reelbook’s access in your Google account settings.
Your content
- You keep ownership of what you add. You give Reelbook permission to store and display it so the service can work, for example to show your page to people you share it with.
- Reelbook doesn’t host videos. Videos are embedded from YouTube or Vimeo and remain subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service or Vimeo’s Terms of Service. If a video is removed or made private there, it will stop playing on your page.
- Only add videos you’re allowed to share, and don’t use page names or text that break the law.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use Reelbook to:
- share illegal, abusive, hateful or sexually exploitative material;
- harass people, or share someone’s private information without their consent;
- spam, scrape or overload the service, or try to get around its limits or security.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Privacy and share links
Share links are unlisted, not password-protected: anyone who has a link can view that page. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Reelbook running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features. If we ever plan to shut Reelbook down, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can.
Liability
Reelbook is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Reelbook at any time. Delete account on your dashboard permanently removes your account and all your pages. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date above. If you keep using Reelbook after an update, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
